SQ Tech is a steel construction company based in Hermosillo, Sonora — the industrial capital of northwest Mexico. We design, fabricate, and install pre-engineered steel buildings (PEMB), prefabricated warehouses, modular offices, and mezzanine structures for companies manufacturing in Mexico or relocating operations here under nearshoring programs.
Everything is produced in our own fabrication facility: structural frames, roof and wall systems, stairs, and platforms. That single-source model is what lets us commit to schedules — shop fabrication runs in parallel with your site works, and installation crews are our own employees, not subcontractors.
Sonora sits on the Arizona border, 280 km from Nogales. If your supply chain, clients, or headquarters are in the United States, we are the closest full-service steel builder operating at Mexican cost structures.
