Corrosion package by exposure
Within a few hundred meters of the water: hot-dip galvanized secondary framing, epoxy-polyurethane marine paint on primary frames, prepainted or Galvalume-type sheeting, stainless or long-life fasteners. Inland: standard galvanized-plus-primer.
Eave height for boats and RVs
Catamarans, sportfishers and fifth-wheels need volume, not floor area. We recommend 16–20 ft eaves and 14×16 ft gable doors for marine storage, framed into the kit from the start.
Heat and daylight
Insulated sandwich-panel roofs, ridge vents and translucent eave strips keep a Baja workshop usable in August. We quote single-skin and insulated envelopes side by side.
