The 40×60 steel building is the single most-searched size in the US and the one we quote most often for cross-border delivery. At 2,400 sq ft it fits three to four vehicle bays, a small fabrication shop, or the storage building a contractor needs behind the office — while still shipping on a single flatbed from our plant in Hermosillo.

A 40 ft clear span is comfortable for a rigid frame; there is no reason to accept interior columns at this width.
If you plan a vehicle lift or overhead hoist, ask for a 16 ft eave and tell us the hoist capacity — the frame is designed around it, not retrofitted.
