10,000 sq ft · Engineered Kit · Fabricated in Sonora, Mexico
A 100×100 steel building kit is the 10,000 sq ft benchmark that most US cost guides quote — and the size at which buying the engineered kit from Mexico and erecting it with a local crew produces the widest cost gap versus a domestic supplier. The square footprint is ideal for warehouses that need racking depth on both sides of a central forklift aisle.

Weights and truckloads are planning figures for a conventional pre-engineered building; the quote is engineered to your site's wind, snow and seismic loads and your opening layout.
A 100 ft clear span is achievable but heavy; a 2 × 50 ft modular frame with one column line is the usual specification for warehouse use because racking hides the columns anyway.
At this size, the kit ships in stages by erection sequence: anchor bolts and templates first, then primary frames, then secondary and panels — so the slab crew and steel erector never wait on each other.
US buyers: ask your engineer of record whether IBC/ASCE 7 loads or the local amendments govern; we design to whichever you specify and provide the calculation package for the stamp.
Clear-span rigid frame (100 ft) or 2-span modular (2 × 50 ft). Shop-welded, primed, match-marked by erection sequence.
Z/C purlins and girts, bracing, framed openings, roof and wall sheeting, trim and fasteners.
Erection drawings, anchor-bolt plan and the calculation package for your engineer of record to stamp.
FCA plant, delivered at the Nogales border, or DDP to your site. A 100×100 is 2 to 3 flatbeds.
